1.杨梅在盐水中浸泡半小时,然后冲洗干净

2.清洗好的杨梅放入锅中,加适量的水,煮开

3.把煮过的杨梅捞出来,用勺子压碎,去掉核

4.把去了核的杨梅放入榨汁机榨成汁

5.把榨好的杨梅汁放回锅中,重新煮开,边煮边加白砂糖调味

6.把煮好的杨梅汁通过滤网过滤,去除渣。好喝的杨梅汁就成啦!
小窍门&温馨提示
也可以一开始就把杨梅的核去掉,榨汁,然后再煮。但是没煮熟的杨梅去核麻烦,煮过的比较容易去核。
